Our law firm was founded in 1976 by its owner, Attorney Luis Berenguer Comas, Captain of the Mercantile Marine and University of Barcelona graduate, after having worked extensively in the international transport sector.

In order to better assist its new customers in matters related to insurance and commercial law, the firm has been expanding its scope of activity and adding new talent to its personnel on an ongoing basis, thus reaching its current organizational structure and skillfully handling any legal issue in accordance to its resources and areas of expertise.

Our main office is located in Barcelona near the famous "Ramblas" and harbor. We also provide legal services throughout Spain from our offices situated in Tarragona, Zaragoza, Bilbao, and Madrid. Furthermore, we are associated to a network of law firms, which allows us to lend our professional assistance to clients in other European countries as well as in the USA through our office in San Francisco, California.
