BBCA LEGAL was founded in 1976 by Attorney and Captain of the Mercantile Marine, Dr. Luis Berenguer Comas, as the first international law firm dedicated to Maritime Law in Barcelona.

From its beginnings, BBCA LEGAL has also specialized in the areas of Transport Law, Business Law, and Insurance Law, given the special relationship it has held with several businesses dedicated to these areas. Today, our law firm also houses various international departments dedicated to Procedural Law, Civil Law, Employment Law, Immigration Law, International Law, and Insolvency & Willful Default.
